Lot of things were going on the days before Made In America came to town. I wanted to step out the house and enjoy a thorough show without any work for once. I had several options but when I realize that Voss was the First Hip Hop Artist to EVER headline Underground Arts, that sold me. It was a crowd you would love to be a part of. Everyone didn’t care about anything but two factors: Supporting the acts on Stage, especially Voss and Wildin the f*ck out. LTC, Rob Diiola, CJ x Evan and Sinistah K Did a great job opening up and kept the crowd engaged.
But when Voss walked out to his hit record “Tarantino” with a Live Band (The Jawn) it was bananas. An Hour Long set with fist pumps, damn near crowd surfing, electric guitar strings and dope features from Skrewtape and Khrista White with her voice echoing throughout the venue , Over the Loud drums and bass guitars. The crowd went in a frenzy when he performed “David Beckham” and “Mr. Freeze”…..even i turnt up! He definitely left a pool of Sweat, Energy and Aprreciation at the end of his show. Voss made a bigger mark in Philly Hip Hop on August 28th. Maybe even opened a lane for a new venue in the hip hop world. This was one show I’m glad I did not missed.
Besides…….Voss brought them girls out. Half the crowd was eye candy.
